The AuDHD Founder Profile Audit
Paired worksheet. AuDHD and Entrepreneurship: The Profile No One Explained to You
1Rate all five founder strengths, honestly, on a normal day.
Deep expertise, pattern recognition, originality, integrity, hyperfocus. Score each one, not your best day and not your worst.
2Which two strengths scored highest? Write them down by name.
These are your top two, the ones your whole business should be built to deploy, not the ones you keep apologizing for.
3Where in a normal week do your top two actually get deployed, and where do they get wasted?
Circle the hours that use them. Star the hours that squander them on work anyone could do.
4Mark the three struggles running loudest this week.
Push-pull, masking, admin overwhelm, switch cost, demand resistance, burnout. Only three, only this week.
5For each of those three struggles, pick one move: outsource, automate, body-double, or quit.
Anything but willpower. Willpower is the tool that has already failed here, over and over.
Your next moves
- Block two protected deep-work sessions this week, aimed straight at your number-one strength.
- Pick one admin task you keep avoiding and move it off your own plate: automate it, delegate it, or body-double it.
- Look at next week’s calendar and stop stacking draining, high-mask events on the same day.
- Schedule the recovery before the draining thing, not after the crash.
- Open the deeper mechanism page for whichever struggle scored loudest, the Paradox, Switch Cost, or the Burnout Spiral, and read it this week.
What surfaced for you?
Which half of your own profile have you been treating as the real you, and which half have you been hiding, and what would actually change if you stopped trying to amputate either one?
You are not a gifted person with a discipline problem. You are not a mess who got lucky. You are running two operating systems at once, and the strengths and the struggles are the same wiring seen from two sides. Build around the whole profile, not half of it.
