An ND Hive Experience
Happily Ever Action
Where neurodivergent brilliance meets Disney magic, and we actually do something with it.
This isn’t a fantasy. It’s a functional fairy tale. Three days at Walt Disney World, designed for ND adults who lead, coach, teach, heal, and parent, who also navigate executive dysfunction, burnout, and sensory overwhelm. You’ll leave with real tools, real systems, and a brave-space community where you don’t have to explain or apologize.
β οΈ Limited to 15 attendees
“Realizing that I’m okay as I am. And that sometimes being a kid outwardly is just as important. That’s what released me to be more of who I was meant to be. We made ‘sorry’ the s-word. I didn’t have to explain. I didn’t have to apologize. I’m going next year.”
Shaye Woodward, ADHD Coach
Reentry with purpose, not escape
Most retreats sell you “escape.” We’re not selling escape. We’re selling reentry. The kind where you come home and your life actually works better.
Three days. Three parks. Sensory-friendly training, character meals, slow paces, and a built-in ND family who won’t make you mask. You’ll leave with tools you’ll use forever, photos you’ll cry over, and a group chat that doesn’t die.
Your “happily ever after” doesn’t start someday. It starts with Happily Ever Action.

Training is 3 hours a day. The magic is in the in-between.
The formal training blocks total about three hours a day. That’s on purpose. ND brains aren’t built for 8-hour didactic marathons, and neither is Disney.
The rest of the day, we’re together in the parks. Rope drop to fireworks. We ride. We eat. We people-watch. We unmask in line for Space Mountain and have the most useful conversation of your week while waiting for a Mickey pretzel.
None of it is required. Need to nap? Nap. Want to skip a park morning and journal in your room? Skip. Want to stay out for late-night fireworks while three of us wave goodbye at 7pm? Go for it.
But this is where the real stuff happens. The networking, the connection, the application, the “oh wait I’m not the only one who does that” moments, the friendships that survive the flight home. The training gives you the framework. The in-between is where it actually lands.
What we’re training on
Ten sessions across three days. Built for ND adults who help other ND adults. Therapists, coaches, teachers, parents, leaders, founders. You don’t need to attend every session; we build flex into the schedule on purpose.
1. Creating an ND-friendly workplace at home, school, and work
Danielle, Shaye & Tara
Adapting environments for sensory, executive, and emotional needs. Building inclusive team culture in therapy offices, classrooms, and homes. Replacing “professionalism” with authentic accommodation strategies.
2. Dopamine mapping for self-care, relationships, and teams
Danielle
How dopamine drives ND behavior. Hacking motivation without shame. Visual tools to map what sparks and drains dopamine for you and the people you love.
3. ND habit building + executive dysfunction systems
Danielle
Habit stacking, visual reminders, DOPE 66 principles. How to stop “starting over.” Planning with brains that don’t work linearly.
4. Multi-sensory calming + regulation techniques
Danielle & Tara
Real-world application for therapists, teachers, and parents. Portable calming tools (smells, textures, sounds, breath). Building mini-regulation stations at work, school, and home.
5. ND health + wellness needs
Danielle
Nutrition, hydration, sleep. Why ADHD brains burn out faster, and how to build stamina. Supplements, movement, and biofeedback for long-term support.
6. Overcoming overwhelm + burnout cycles
Shaye & Rebekah
Why ND brains burn out faster and how to reset safely. Recognizing burnout in helpers who can’t stop helping. Sustainable boundaries and flexible routines.
7. Behavioral modification + conflict resolution (human-first)
Katie & Tim
Autonomy vs. compliance in ND environments. Conflict scripts that regulate both people. De-escalation for parents, classrooms, and therapy clients.
8. Navigating accommodations (without apologizing)
Jessica & Danielle
Advocating for what you need at work, in school, in life. The cost of NOT providing accommodations. The WIDE Survey + framing accommodations through results, not pity.
9. Parenting + communication tools for ND parents
Katie
Emotional co-regulation in the home. How to communicate with kids when you’re also dysregulated. Scripts, visual aids, and when to pause instead of push.
10. ND relationships: repair, rejection, and rebuilding
Tara & Tim
Navigating RSD in all relationships. Roles when one or both partners are ND. Self-awareness, communication scripts, and radical honesty.
“I went expecting strategies for my clients. I left with a chosen ND family. By the end of Day 1, they weren’t strangers. I poured my soul out at Fantasmic and ended up in happy tears. Stepping out of my comfort zone let me be the most comfortable I’ve ever been being my unmasked, AuDHD self.”
Tara, LCSW
“This wasn’t professional development. It was a recalibration. I left with concrete strategies I actively use in the workplace. Not insights that fade after a few weeks. Recognizing early signs of cognitive overload. Building proactive regulation instead of reactive coping. Communicating boundaries professionally. Translating my neurodivergent traits into visible workplace strengths. I now evaluate success by how effectively I use my strengths while honoring my needs. And that shift alone has changed how I show up in meetings, manage deadlines, and recover after high-demand days.”
Dr. Jessica, Organizational Psychologist
