The Framework Stack
The named patterns we built because nobody else had language for what your brain actually does. Real mechanisms. Real names. Real strategies. The reason ADHD finally makes sense.
Click any framework. Read the breakdown. Use the language.
Why the frameworks exist
For decades, ADHD was named wrong. “Attention deficit” describes the surface, not the mechanism. Most popular productivity advice was built on neurotypical assumptions about how brains start, sustain, recover, and connect. None of it worked for the brains it was supposed to be helping.
The frameworks here are what we built when we realized the problem wasn’t us. It was the language. Once you have accurate names for what your brain is doing, every “fix” you’ve ever tried makes more sense, including why so many of them didn’t work.
Each framework is a real, repeatable pattern. Most ND adults are running 2-3 of them at any given time, often without the words to name what’s happening. Naming them is half the work. The other half is having a community that already gets it.

The Activation Stack
The daily mechanics of starting, fueling, and locking into work. If you have ever sat at a task you actually wanted to do and could not move, this is the stack that names why. The Activation Gap is the foundation. The other four are how it shows up and how to work with it.
The Capacity Stack
How to operate inside the disorder, day by day. If your capacity moves on a curve and your plans don’t, if you forget what you were just doing, if the future does not feel real until it is the present, these four name what’s happening and how to work with it instead of against it.
The AUDHD Stack
If you’ve spent your life feeling like you have two completely different operating systems running inside you, both legitimate, both pulling in opposite directions, this stack names it. The Contradiction Knot is the foundation. The two loops are how it shows up in love, work, and identity.
The Burnout Stack
What happens when the other three stacks run unmanaged for too long. This is not “having a hard month.” It is a five-stage cumulative collapse with predictable signs at every stage. Catching it at stage two changes everything. The whole point of naming it is so you can recognize it before stage four.
The Parenting Stack
Parenting is the most executive-function-expensive job there is, run on a nervous system that takes in more and buffers less. These three frameworks name what actually happens, shame-free: why you hit overwhelm, how to co-regulate a dysregulated kid when your own tank is empty, and how to set down the impossible parent you keep comparing yourself to.
Start with the foundation. Build outward.
If you don’t know where to begin, begin with The Activation Gap. It is the foundation framework, the mechanism nearly every other framework maps to. Once you understand it, the rest of the stack lands faster.
Or, if you want a more precise read of which frameworks are most active in your life right now, take the four-minute quiz. It will name your primary and secondary, and link you straight to those two pages.
