Our Story

ND Hive was built because doing life alone doesn’t work.

ND Hive exists to support adults who struggle with executive function, regulation, consistency, and burnout… especially those who have spent years being told to “just try harder.” Because we’ve lived through the mismatch with therapists, the graveyard of unused planners, the burnout spiral, and the shame of feeling like the only one still struggling.

We don’t believe the problem is you. We believe the problem is unsupported brains.

ND Hive combines live support, coaching, co-working (body doubling), and community into one regulated, accessible space designed for real life not perfect routines. Because co-regulation, community, and structure that meets your brain where it is can change everything.

Because doing it alone isn’t the solution…..and never was.

AuDHD, Chronic Illness Warrior, ND mom and spouse

I’ve been coaching ADHD and Autistic brains for 25+ years, long before it was a TikTok trend or a coaching buzzword. I’ve worked with over 1,500 brilliantly divergent humans between the ages of 10 and 70. Why? Because I am one of them.

I’m AuDHD myself, and I refused to let my neurodivergence become a barrier to the big, bold life I knew I was meant for. So I got curious. Then I got certified. Then I got really good at helping other people do the same. I dove deep into the science, the structure, the strategies, and I never stopped learning.

I keep training and getting certified in cutting-edge protocols and tools, because I believe neurodivergent brains deserve support that actually works with how we’re wired…not against it. Coaching isn’t just what I do. It’s the way I’ve chosen to flip the script on what it means to be “too much,” “too scattered,” or “too sensitive.”

I’m here to remind you: your brain isn’t broken. It’s brilliant. And I’ve spent the last two decades helping people like you (and me) prove it.

Shaye Woodward

Director of Coaching & People Strategy
B.S. Psychology

AuDHD, TBI Survivor, ND Mom

Shaye Woodward leads Coaching and People Strategy at ND Hive with a rare blend of lived experience, deep empathy, and practical insight. Her personal understanding of the mental load of everyday life shapes how she supports individuals, couples, and the broader ND Hive community.

As a Relationship Specialist and Master Certified Coach, Shaye works with couples and individuals impacted by ADHD, helping them improve communication, deepen understanding, and move from frustration to connection. She approaches ADHD not as a flaw to be fixed, but as a difference that can be understood, supported, and leveraged.

At ND Hive, Shaye plays a key role in shaping how coaching is delivered and how community care is experienced. Her approach is relational, affirming, and deeply human—ensuring support feels safe, sustainable, and genuinely helpful.

Tara Neighbors

Director of Clinical Strategy & Training

LCSW, LSATP

AuDHD, Chronic Illness Warrior, ND mom

Tara leads ND Hive’s clinical strategy and support with a grounded, human-first approach to care. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (Level II), she brings deep expertise in trauma-informed practice while keeping the focus on real-world healing—not just theory.

Tara chose the mental health field because she believes people deserve to be heard, supported, and understood during life’s most difficult seasons. Her work centers on helping individuals move beyond survival, reconnect with themselves, and access the tools they need to heal from the inside out.

At ND Hive, Tara ensures that our programs, coaching practices, and community support are clinically sound, ethical, and rooted in compassion. She is known for listening deeply, responding thoughtfully, and helping translate complex emotional experiences into practical, supportive pathways forward.

Her guiding philosophy is simple: we listen, we act, and we transform—together.

Rebekah Bingell

Community & Coaching Systems Manager

Early Childhood Education

ADHD, ND Mom

Rebekah is the heart-forward connector behind our community and coaching experience. As an ADHD coach and founder of ADHDventure Travel Co., she brings lived experience, deep empathy, and a calm, supportive presence to everything she touches.

Rebekah specializes in helping neurodivergent humans feel less overwhelmed and more supported, whether that’s through encouragement, engagement, or quietly making sure people feel seen and cared for. She thrives at building connection, nurturing community, and supporting both coaches and members so they can show up fully and sustainably.

Her role centers on morale, engagement, and the human experience behind the systems, making sure our community feels welcoming, safe, and genuinely supportive, not transactional. Rebekah believes structure should support people, not pressure them, and that progress happens best when no one is doing life alone.

When she’s not supporting the Hive, you’ll usually find her planning her next adventure, crocheting, hiking, or enjoying a good cup of coffee with her family.
