Welcome to ND Hive. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ND Hive platform, website, tools, community spaces, and services. By purchasing a subscription, lifetime access, or using the platform in any way, you agree to these Terms.

1. About ND Hive

ND Hive is not medical care, therapy, or a substitute for professional healthcare, psychiatric care, or mental health treatment.

2. Eligibility

To use ND Hive you must:

• Provide accurate registration information

• Agree to use the platform respectfully and lawfully

ND Hive reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and login information.

You agree not to:

• Share account access

• Create multiple accounts to bypass restrictions

• Impersonate another user

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform

Violation may result in suspension or termination.

4. Community Standards

ND Hive is intended to be a supportive environment.

Users agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or intimidate other members

• Record or distribute private community conversations

ND Hive reserves the right to remove any user who harms the safety or integrity of the community.

5. Intellectual Property

All ND Hive materials and content are protected intellectual property, including but not limited to:

• tools

• productivity systems

• frameworks

• training materials

• worksheets

• videos

• graphics

• platform structure

• branding

Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or create derivative works based on ND Hive materials without written permission.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

6. Competitor Access and Platform Misuse

ND Hive is intended for individual users seeking productivity support.

By joining ND Hive you confirm that you are not accessing the platform to monitor, copy, analyze, reverse engineer, or replicate the platform or business model.

Individuals or organizations affiliated with competing products or services may not access ND Hive for competitive purposes without written permission.

ND Hive reserves the right to terminate accounts suspected of:

• gathering competitive intelligence

• copying platform systems

• scraping or exporting content

• observing community operations for the benefit of competitors

Accounts terminated for these reasons are not eligible for refunds.

7. Data Scraping and Automation

Use of bots, scraping tools, automation software, or data extraction methods within ND Hive is prohibited.

Accounts engaging in such activity may be terminated immediately.

8. Membership and Payments

ND Hive offers subscription memberships and lifetime access options.

By purchasing access you agree:

• Payment is processed through third-party providers

• Access begins after successful payment

• Pricing may change for future members

Users are responsible for managing their subscriptions.

9. No Refund Policy

All purchases are final.

Because ND Hive provides immediate access to digital tools, community spaces, and resources, we do not offer refunds for:

• monthly memberships

• annual memberships

• lifetime access purchases

• promotional offers

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that services begin immediately and waive any right to refunds.

10. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to stop future billing.

Cancellation prevents the next billing cycle but does not refund payments already made.

Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

11. Lifetime Access Terms

Lifetime access refers to the lifetime of the ND Hive platform, not the lifetime of the purchaser.

ND Hive reserves the right to:

• update features

• modify tools

• improve the platform

• evolve services over time

Lifetime access guarantees membership access but does not guarantee specific features indefinitely.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing ND Hive services is a violation of these Terms.

If a chargeback occurs, ND Hive reserves the right to:

• Immediately suspend or terminate your account

• Remove access to the platform

• Restrict future purchases or services

ND Hive also reserves the right to pursue recovery of the original payment, processing fees, administrative costs, and reasonable legal or collection expenses incurred in resolving the dispute where permitted by law.

Users agree to contact ND Hive directly to resolve concerns before initiating a chargeback.

Fraudulent disputes may be treated as a breach of these Terms.

13. Coaching Disclaimer

ND Hive coaches provide guidance, education, and support.

They are not acting as licensed medical, psychological, or healthcare providers within the platform unless explicitly stated.

Information provided through ND Hive should not replace professional medical or mental health care.

14. Platform Availability

ND Hive strives to maintain reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.

Features, tools, and community spaces may change over time as the platform evolves.

15. Termination of Access

ND Hive reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

• violate these Terms

• harm the community

• misuse the platform

• engage in harassment or abuse

• attempt to copy or exploit ND Hive systems

Termination decisions are final.

No refunds will be issued for terminated accounts.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ND Hive and its team are not liable for:

• indirect damages

• loss of data

• personal decisions made based on platform content

• business losses or interruptions

Use of the platform is at your own discretion.

17. Right to Refuse Service

ND Hive reserves the right to refuse service, cancel accounts, or terminate memberships at its discretion if participation may harm the platform or community.
